For more than two decades, Ali has worked directly with business owners, CEOs, founders, executives, and leadership teams, across management consulting, business advisory, coaching, strategy, leadership development, organizational work, and human behavior, helping people navigate the actual decisions, transitions, and challenges that define a business and a career. That work evolved into building a community where accomplished leaders could also help one another.
